Recently Chef Stuart headed up to Hog Island Oyster Co. to learn more about the symbiotic relationship between the oyster farm and the eel grass growing in Tomales Bay. Turns out oysters farming has brought back a resurgence of the important eel grass, contributing to a stronger, healthier ecosystem. Thanks Aquarium of the Pacific for supporting important conversations like these!
